- Wisconsin Ave – Utility Plan
- The main detour will guide traffic around the work zone using Lynndale Drive, Northland Avenue, and Bluemound Drive. Please follow the posted signs.
- The Town has made it a priority to keep local businesses accessible. Barricades will be placed to allow local traffic to reach businesses within the construction area.
- 2025 W. Spencer Street Utility Improvements Project (S. Casaloma Drive to S. Bluemound Drive)
- This Utility Improvements project is intended to reconstruct existing utilities along W. Spencer Street, between Casaloma Drive and Bluemound Drive. The remainder of the project from 1,150 feet east of Casaloma Drive to Bluemound Drive will be pulverized and paved within the water main relay trench limits.

- Anticipated Timeline: Completion October 2025
- Project Description: Pulverizing and paving of the following roadway sections: W. Seneca Dr. (N. Erin Dr. – West Termini), N. Outagamie St. (W. Capitol Dr. – W. Seneca Dr.), W. Seneca Dr. (N. Mason St. – N. Spruce St.), N. Mason St. (W. Hiawatha Dr. – W. Seneca Dr.), W. Brewster St. (N. Colorado Ave. – N. Westfield Dr.), N. Westfield Dr. (W. Brewster St. – 550′ North of Brewster St.), and N. Mayflower Dr. (W. Grande Market Dr. – W. Wisconsin Ave.). Other improvements include culvert replacements and ditching as needed. The N. Mayflower Dr. project also includes widening work on the north and south sides of the intersection of Mayflower Dr. & W. Wisconsin Ave.to accommodate the addition of turn lanes for future traffic signals to be installed by WisDOT.

- Project Description: The existing sanitary sewer main is to be upsized along N. Gillett St. (W. Hiawatha Dr. – W. Evergreen Dr.) prior to the I-41 expansion project. S. Olson Ave. is to be urbanized with curb & gutter and storm sewer main from W. Second St. to W. Fourth St. W. Glendale Ave. (N. Lynndale Dr. – Michelle Court) is to be repaved, curb & gutter are to be replaced, and the existing water main is to be upsized.

- Project Description: Installation of a shelter with attached restrooms and a parking lot at Maple Edge Park. Repaving of the pickleball court at Carter Woods Park.

- Anticipated Timeline: July/August 2025
- Project Description: Pulverizing and paving of the S. College Avenue Service Road from S. Lilas Drive to the railroad crossing approx. 920 feet east of S. Lynndale Drive. Improvements also include culvert replacements and miscellaneous ditching.
- 2027 W. Spencer Street Urbanization Project (S. Nicolet Road to S. Bluemound Drive)
- Construction is currently planned to begin in Spring 2027.
