Wisconsin Army Cadets
The Wisconsin Army Cadets, a high-adventure youth career exploration program hosted by the Wisconsin National Guard, is excited to announce two upcoming open house events. These sessions are designed for young men and women aged 13–20 who are interested in learning more about the organization.
Attendees can choose to attend an event on either Saturday, February 21, or Saturday, March 14. Both sessions will begin at 1:00 pm and will be held at the Wisconsin Army National Guard Armory, located at 2801 W Second St. in Appleton, WI.
During the event, attendees and their parents will have the opportunity to learn about the Wisconsin Army Cadet program in depth. The program offers hands-on, uniformed experiences designed to help young people build confidence, develop leadership skills, and learn about military career opportunities through training and exciting activities. The standard training commitment is two days a month.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to attend alongside future recruits. This ensures they can have their questions answered and verify that the program is the right fit for their child.
