The board took the following actions:
- Departmental Goals Discussion: The board reviewed and discussed the 2025 goals and objectives for nine village departments: Treasurer, Clerk, Planning, Fire & EMS, Utilities, Stormwater, Public Works, Parks, and the Village Administrator.
- Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Pay Grade: A motion to amend the pay grade for the Deputy Clerk/Treasurer was tabled by a 4-1 vote pending further review by the Village Administrator and staff.
- Parks Program Manager Pay Grade: The board voted unanimously to deny a request to amend the pay grade for the Parks and Recreation Program Manager, leaving the position at Grade 7.
- Closed Session: The board did not go into a closed session during the meeting.
