September is here, a time of transition and reflection. As the days grow shorter and a familiar crispness enters the air, many of us find ourselves thinking about the past, present, and future. In this edition of the Grand Chute Gazette, we’re inviting you to ponder the theme of legacy.
Our community is built on the legacies of those who came before us. We see it in the names on our street signs and parks, and in the stories passed down through generations.
Legacy isn’t just about the past, however. It’s about what we create today that will shape tomorrow. It’s in the efforts of new community leaders working to address challenges, dedicated to excellence and teamwork for future generations.
We all have a legacy in the making. It’s in the lessons we share, the values we uphold, and the connections we forge. We encourage you to think about what you hope your legacy will be. How are you contributing to the community you want to see for years to come?
Share your thoughts and stories with us at publisher@goodnewsfoundations.org. We believe that by celebrating our shared heritage and looking toward a brighter future, we can all contribute to a lasting, positive legacy for our community.
