Discussion/action on long-term funding for new and reconstruction – Sewer Utility. Administrator Downey stated he did not adjust the policy to include any of the ways to pay so if the Commission wants to review and provide feedback, he can make changes and bring this back. He added that sewer is different than water, it is the Commission’s decision on how they want to address it. Motion (English/Lehrer) to approve the changes of the draft policy and accept the policy. Motion and second were withdrawn. Motion (Heling/Lehrer) to send this back to Administrator Downey with a review by Director Jolma, cleaning things up that were discussed today and present again at the next meeting.
