The county champion of the 2026 Outagamie County 4-H Drama Festival held March 7 at Seymour High School was the Buchanan Badgers 4-H Club with the play “The Case of the Red and Blue Hats.” The county reserve champion was the Crystal Star 4-H Club with the play “The Worst Fairy Tale Ever.” Honorable mention went to the Fast Trackers 4-H Club with “The Haunted House With Only One Mistake” and the Bent Arrow 4-H Club with “The Presidential Election.” Congratulations to the following youth who were named as Rising Stars: Ruby Caravella, Cecila Denardo, Sierra Knaack, Eddie Salm and Evie Schaumberg.
Other 4-H clubs participating in the festival included: B-Square with “The Care and Feeding of a Dragon,” River Valley Hawks with “Live: It’s Fairy Tale News!,” Shooting Stars with “To Be or Not to Be in a Play” and Smile Awhile with “And You Think You’ve Got Problems!.”
Judges for the festival were Rebekah Birschbach and Kory Kosmicki.
