The partners bring unique strengths to the venture. Adam Kilgas is a dedicated family man, raising four boys and a foster son, and serves as an elder at his church. Paul Weyers brings extensive and diverse experience in the areas of welding, fabrication, and project management. His planning and attention to detail complement his business acumen.
A&P Fabricating Solutions had humble beginnings, starting with one welding machine and a grinder. Today, A&P Fabricating Solutions continues to set the standard for innovative and reliable metal fabrication and is known industry wide. Adam shared, “The goal of the company is to be the best fabrication shop (not the biggest) in the surrounding area. We strive for a workplace that prioritizes teamwork. We cultivate an environment where positivity in attitude and energy is brought to every situation.” As 2025 comes to an end, Paul will be retiring, and Adam will be at the helm. A&P’s future will continue to shine!
