Ham Glaze – Presented by Shirley
Ingredients
1 whole bone-in ham uncut
Whole cloves for decoration
1.5 cups brown sugar
1.5 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
½ can Coca-Cola
Directions
Preheat oven at 350°
Cut ham diagonally/diamond shapes, ½” deep.
Insert whole cloves in diamond shape.
Place ham in roasting pan and Cook for 1 hour.
Combine on glaze ingredients in medium sauce pan.
Heat over medium heat until foamy.
Reduce to low and simmer 20 minutes until thickens.
Brush glaze over ham every 20 minutes after 1st hour.
Reserve some glaze for serving.
Cheesey Hashbrown Potatoes – Presented by Rosemary
Ingredients
2 lbs bag frozen hashbrowns-thawed
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup melted butter
½ cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 small 16 ounces sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups crushed corn flakes
Directions
Mix in large bowl. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish.
Top with corn flakes. Bake 50 minutes at 350°
Pecan Pie Bars – Presented by Kacie
Ingredients
¾ cup margarine
2 cups flour
½ cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
½ cup margarine
4 eggs
2 ½ cup chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
In bowl, combine flour, sugar & salt. Stir.
Cut softened margarine into mixture
Press into 9 x 13 greased pan.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Set aside.
In saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup and
margarine. Bring to a boil over medium heat,
Stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Gradually stir ½ cup of hot mixture into eggs.
Return all of mixture to saucepan.
Stir in pecans and vanilla.
Pour mixture over crust and bake 30 min or until
filling is set. Cool before cutting. Enjoy!!
