Any day is a great day to spend some time at a park, but when the sun is shining in the month of March and you can wear a light jacket, it is a great day to visit a park after a long winter. Upon arrival, we met little Sylvia, who was playing with her mom and dad on the playground. Sylvia giggled as she went down the slide into her mom’s arms.
Patriot Park is the only Grand Chute Park that has a United Way Born Learning Trail which consists of a series of stations with signs that encourage parents and children to participate in a variety of activities to encourage young children’s literacy and language skills. Activities include alphabet, counting, hopscotch, and other learning activities. These activities encourage learning through playing. This park has many amenities over a 9-acre area including a pavilion great for gatherings with picnic tables and equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave, pickleball courts, a softball/little league diamond, roller hockey rink, and a playground.

Patriot Park is a versatile destination for family gatherings, sports and playtime for little ones like Sylvia and her parents. Patriot Park is located at 2950 W Darling Street in Grand Chute.
