
Guacamole by Kay
2 Medium avocados
1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
1 small tomato, chopped (skinned)
2 tbsp onion
2 tbsp green chili peppers (small can)
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp cilantro
¼ tsp salt
Mash avocado in a medium bowl
Stir in all ingredients
Cover and chill for 30 minutes
Serve with your favorite chips

Hormel Chili Cream Cheese Dip by Cyndi
2 – 8 oz pkgs cream cheese (softened)
1 – 15 oz Hormel chili without beans
3 tbsp your favorite hot sauce
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-11” by 7” rectangular baking dish
-Press cream cheese evenly into bottom of pan
-Empty can of Hormel Chili evenly on top
of cream cheese
-Sprinkle chili with hot sauce to taste
-Cover top of dish completely with cheese
-Bake about 15 minutes or until heated
and shredded cheese is melted
